Tata Motors sales graph increased in July 2018


At present, our nation isn’t far behind in the world of automobiles – it’s now being rapidly overcrowded in urban areas,with the number of people as well as the number of cars increasing with each passing day. But its still on the healthy side of automotive industry with the bar graph showing considerable growth with each step.

According to the source news, the Cumulative sales (PV in the domestic market) as per the economic revenue (April-July2018) is 70,016 units with 41% as compared to 49,791 for the same period of last fiscal.

Speaking on the passenger vehicle sales performance in July 2018, Mr. Mayank Pareek, President – Passenger Vehicles Business, Tata Motors, said, “Our sales performance continue to grow in July 2018 at 14% on the back of the strong demand of our new generation vehicles – Tiago, Tigor, Hexa and the Nexon. The recently launched Nexon AMT has been received well in the market. We will continue to strive towards driving volumes and increasing our market share as part of our on-going turnaround journey.”

And if we talk about EXPORTS , The company’s sales from exports (from CV and PV) in July 2018 was at an impressive 4,971 units compared to 3,441 units last year, a growth of 44%. On the commercial vehicles front, our international markets continue to show strong growth in FY19, with overall exports in July 2018 growing 48% and M&HCV exports growing 117% compared to July 2017.
